1. When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on the way.

Within the United States:

4. How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates from the carrier.
5. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We can help update or cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase.
Once it has entered processing or shipped, we can no longer make changes.

6. What if my package is lost or stolen?
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot find your package:

If the package is lost during transit (not marked delivered), contact us—we will assist with carrier claims.
7. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened, and undamaged items in original packaging.

Certain hygiene items may be non-returnable for safety reasons.
8. How do refunds work?
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Yes, exchanges are available for items in new, unused condition.

Yes. We carefully select baby-safe materials and ensure our products meet or exceed industry safety standards.
